My initial reaction to the Chancellors speech and budget for 2011.
We all knew the ‘Emergency’ Summer Budget was likely to be tough – given the dire state of the public finances the Chancellor believed there was no other option. But what did it mean exactly for businesses, entrepreneurs, employees and families?
