As well as providing the traditional range of accountancy services to our clients across a wide range of industries, we have, for many years, specialised in the Travel Industry. This specialist team headed up by Chris Photi, one of the most well-known travel industry professionals, has for over thirty years provided advice, assistance and technical support to travel companies of all sizes, including travel agents, tour operators, dynamic packaging companies, airlines, flight seat brokers and accommodation specialists both in the UK and overseas. Our in-depth knowledge of the issues surrounding the specialist accounting procedures, regulation, bonding and associated issues, has been instrumental in assisting our client companies to navigate the complexities of this fast-evolving industry.
Our History
WHA originated in 1991 as a partnership and was incorporated in 2012. The firm also encompasses A.C Photi & Co, an accountancy practice which dated back to 1972.

WHA has a core travel specialist trade, headed up by Chris Photi who has a wealth of experience in advising the Travel Industry. This was established in 2002 and continues to provide a very specific skill set in relation to the Regulatory Framework, Offshoring, VAT and M&A advice.
WHA also has established a very proactive accounting and direct tax department, headed by Chartered Tax Advisor, Mark Caldicott.
WHA also has a successful and growing small and medium business team of auditing accounting and taxation advisors headed up by Nikki Spoor assisted by Luke Photi.
